This is a new foundational technology for precision cleaning, processing, stirring, and inspection based on measurement, analysis, and evaluation techniques for ultrasonic propagation states. By utilizing the acoustic properties (surface elastic waves) of various materials (such as glass containers), ultrasonic stimulation can be controlled for structures and machine tools weighing several tons, even in a 3000-liter water tank, with ultrasonic output below 20 W.
